What Sort of Exercise Should You Do?
There is a lot of debate over this topic so the most important thing is that you find some exercises that you enjoy so you can stick with them. This doesn't mean you have to already enjoy the exercise ... you can learn to enjoy it.
There are two main categories of exercise that are recommended for burning fat. Aerobic exercise and strength training. Both of these approaches have their advantages and many people achieve success using a combination of both types of exercise. Some exercises even incorporate a bit of both at the same time.
You could try walking, cycling, running, skiing, hiking for aerobic exercise. Strength training can be done with weights or by doing body weight exercises such as pressups, squats and lunges.

What Should You Eat?
Again a hot topic, filled with fad diets claiming to cause dramatic weight loss with no effort. Many of these diets can have detrimental effects on your help so I recommend simple healthy eating. It's as much about what you shouldn't eat as what you should. Most people already have a general idea about what healthy foods are.
