Tricep Dips
The triceps muscles are one of the most underworked muscle groups in the human body. For this reason exercising the muscle can bring results quite quickly.
You'll need a sturdy chair or bench. Sit down with your back facing the chair, then place the palm of your hand on the seat of the chair with your fingers curled around the edge.
This exercise is best done in a slow and controlled manner, try five seconds up and five seconds down. You should really be able to feel this in the triceps which are the muscles on the back of the upper arm.
