Burn Fat by Cycling

One of the great things about cycling is that as well as helping you to burn fat it is also a very efficient mode of transport.  So you can burn fat on your daily commute.  Not only will you be losing weight but you'll feel more alert when you get to work and on the way home cycling is a great way to refresh the mind and body after a hard day at work.  When I used to drive to work I would often arrive feeling half asleep.
