Abdul,

My advice if you're not active at all is to start with very gentle exercise assuming you don't have a condition that prevents you from exercising.

Walking is usually the easiest way to get into exercising. Start going for a 10-15 minute walk everyday and build it up from there.

for sometime now,i realised i have put on more weight. This has actually affected my belly and bust so much that i am no more active which according to a doctor not good for my health. Can you advice or help
